Pour célébrer la dimension humaine de l’expérience culinaire, et mettre à l’honneur la gastronomie locale, la série La fourchette et le micro place l’art du récit et la faculté d’émerveillement au cœur de la table. Avec cette cinquième initiative pensée en réaction au confinement, PHI souhaite transporter l’expérience à la maison. Derrière chaque chef, une histoire. Par l’assemblage des saveurs, il offre aux hôtes son savoir et son vécu. Au gré d’un repas en trois services à emporter, l’artisan du goût ajoutera un nouvel ingrédient: son récit personnel, à écouter sous format audio en même temps que la dégustation du repas. Un voyage multisensoriel dont chaque seconde est porteuse d’émotions, agrémenté de morceaux musicaux d’artistes d’ici (le **** Jérôme Beaulieu (Misc), Alaclair Ensemble et Dominique Fils-Aimé) sélectionnés par PHI. La formule offre deux opportunités de rapprochement uniques: en groupe ou seul à table, profitant de l’occasion de développer un lien privilégié avec le chef. Aujourd’hui Danny affiche sa volonté de prendre des risques: opérant un virage à 180 degrés, il s’émancipe de son image publique pour explorer sa discipline, revenir aux sources et les réinventer. Par ses récits, le rebelle de la fourchette nous fera comprendre l’importance primordiale de toujours remettre en question les codes établis, nous ouvrant les portes de son univers haut en couleur, jamais linéaire, constamment renouvelé. To celebrate the human dimension of the culinary experience and honour local gastronomy, the Soundbites series puts the art of storytelling and the power of wonder at the heart of the table. Through this fifth initiative designed in reaction to the confinement, PHI wishes to transport the experience into your home. Behind every chef lies a story. Through the combination of flavours, they offer their knowledge and experience to their hosts. In a three-course meal to go, the chef will add a new ingredient: his personal story, ready to listen while savouring the meal. A multisensory journey whose every second carries emotions, enhanced by musical pieces from local artists (le **** Jérôme Beaulieu (Misc), Alaclair Ensemble et Dominique Fils-Aimé) selected by PHI specifically to fit the atmosphere.
