Mental Health, Faith and Community by Sanctuary Mental Health Ministries, City on a Hill, Saturday, 16. June 2018

Mental health touches all of our lives - directly and indirectly.  Some of us have struggled with anxiety or depression, others of us have loved ones that struggle with anxiety or depression.  Many struggle in silence with secret addictions. Very few of us know how to be there for those that are either directly struggling or just dealing with a loved one who is struggling.
